Argos drivers are set to strike for three days in the run up to Christmas.
A group of 35 lorry drivers will commence industrial action on December 20 this month. These workers operate from Argos’ central warehouse in Staffordshire, so their actions are expected to impact Christmas deliveries throughout the company’s outlets.
According to The Guardian, the move was prompted by a dispute over £700 in holiday pay, which the drivers’ union Unite claims dates back at least two years.
