BREAKING: A Teenager Who Was Stabbed Today In Tallaght Has Just Been Pronounced Dead

An Garda Síochána are investigating a knife attack on a teenage boy in the Jobstown area of Tallaght, Dublin 24, this afternoon. 

The boy, who has not yet been named, was stabbed at around 3:30pm this afternoon, and was pronounced dead shortly after. 

The child, who had received several stab wounds to the chest, is believed to be in his mid-teens.

The boy was rushed to Tallaght Hospital, where he was pronounced dead this afternoon.

Gardaí are currently on the scene and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Tallaght Garda Station phone number is (01) 666 6000.
