There are some things that just come part and parcel with owning a car – and renewing your tax and insurance is one of them.
Even though another small part of our heart dies when we hand over insane premiums every year, it’s just one of those things that you have to do.

Well, one Dublin motorist clearly must have thought it was optional as they hadn’t renewed either their tax, insurance or NCT for nearly FOUR YEARS when they were caught by gardaí on Merrion Row.
