Dublin Canvas Project Is Calling Out For Artwork For Dublin’s South Central Area

katedemolder

Dublin Canvas is currently seeking artists to participate in Summer 2017’s project in a further attempt to make Dublin ”less grey, more play”.

Artwork is currently underway in each of Dublin City Council’s four other main areas, with Dublin Canvas now seeking submissions of artwork for 22 boxes located throughout the South Central area.

This is an incredible opportunity to have your artwork displayed to the public in prime locations.

Completed artwork will brighten up and turn these once dull, heavily tagged boxes into beautiful works of art, transforming Dublin City into a walking gallery of public art.

Artists and community groups who wish to participate and paint one of this Summer’s available boxes are asked to carefully read guidelines posted on how to submit and then forward on correctly prepared submissions.

Know anyone who would be up for the task?

Visit the Dublin Canvas website to view all artist’s profiles, to sign up to their mailing list and explore further the background to Dublin Canvas.
