Another man in his 40s was arrested after another search on Basin Street where heroin with a street value of €1,000 was found. The first man is being held under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act and the second is held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

A third man was arrested due to existing bench warrants at McCarthy Terrace.
