It’s An Irish Miracle – Bacon And Cabbage Fries Are Real

Yes, you heard right. Bacon and cabbage fries have recently become a thing with a little help from the people of Limerick City. Or one, in particular. 

According to Reddit, a chef from Limerick was experimenting with different dishes for a new menu when he stumbled upon a meal so detailed and intense that it could potentially separate families. 

Behold, the Bacon and Cabbage Fries, complete with cheese and parsley sauce. 

The cheese seems to be the deal breaker in the situation above, but we say don’t knock it ’til you try it. People once thought the 3-in-1 would be a disaster, and look at them now.
