One man has been arrested after an armed robbery at a petrol station in Baldoyle yesterday.
The incident occurred at around 4pm on the Grange Road. Two men entered the petrol station and demanded cash from staff. One of the men is thought to have been armed with a screwdriver.
The pair made off with a sum of money and tried in vain to rob a car. One man was later arrested after a search of the area.
