It was announced this week that McDonald’s have signed a deal with WestJet, a Canadian airline.
From December 1 passengers on WestJet flights will be offered complimentary McDonald’s McCafe coffee.

It’s not just any ol’ McDonald’s coffee they’re serving either. It’s special McDonald’s coffee.
To counteract the dulling of the senses caused by altitude and the plane’s cabin, the McDonald’s coffee that’ll be served on flights has been specially brewed with darker roasted beans and a slightly hotter water temperature – sounds good.
Here’s hoping they’ll expand to serving nuggets and BigMacs soon…
