A few months ago we reported that Dublin would be getting a more pedestrianised College Green, but more detailed plans have just come out which you can view in full here.
The plans would mean massive bus diversions (and cars obviously) away from College Green and the moving of taxi ranks. The space will be tailored to help buses, Luas and pedestrians make the most of the new open space, with a two-way system in place for public transport.
Public consultation is now underway until May 23 and all being well the new layout will be rolling out in summer 2017.
