PIC: Has Clamping in Dublin Reached An Extreme Level?

The powers that be in Dublin city do not hold back when it comes to clamping.

There have been loads of instances where people have been clamped, and not entirely happy about it.

It's instilled a fear in people about driving in the city, for fear their precious car will be taken from them.

And this weekend is no different.

This poor guy was spotted on Parnell Square over the weekend.

He may not be driving a typical car, but he wasn't spared the, ahem, experience of getting clamped.

Poor chap.

Let's hope he gets his steam roller/tractor back soon.

Thanks a mill to Ronan Cregan for sending this in!
