A fire in the Naas branch of Smyth’s Toys has been described as ‘serious’, and has led to traffic congestion on the M7.
The building, which is currently being attended by the Kildare County Fire Service, is located in the Naas Globe Retail Park, which is directly adjacent to the motorway – and local sources say that the large volumes of smoke have led to poor visibility and heavy traffic congestion.
There are no reports of any injuries as a result of the fire.
