The Luas Cross City works might be essential – but that doesn’t mean they’re not a bit of an annoyance and an eyesore from time to time.
Thankfully, a Youth Project in Cabra made the most of the hoardings that have been placed up around the construction area – and gave them a delightful little lick of paint.
