Fancy a new piano for Christmas? You could get your hands on this iconic one that is going to being auctioned off.
The Grafton Street busk is an annual festive event that draws performers together to hold a busking session on one of Dublin’s most famous streets.
And the piano that is set to be used for this year’s Christmas eve busk will be auctioned off after the event, according to thejournal.ie.
The piano was made available for auction by John Murphy, a Dublin-based piano technician and tuner, who was also involved with fitting the public piano in Pearse Station in Dublin.
And what was once a piano with a mahogany finish has been vamped up by Irish artist and illustrator Claudine O’Sullivan.
Another look at the finished piano – now ready for @irishpianotuner to perfect the tuning – this will hopefully be on display in Dublin very soon #illustration #piano #publicpiano #publicart #hapennybridge #dublin #visitdublin @SimonCommunity pic.twitter.com/zx8paIIl7j

All proceeds to the auction will be given to the Simon Community to help combat homelessness in Dublin.
The auction has already opened for bids, and will remain open until Christmas Eve.
