Ever wonder ‘just how confident can you be in the current housing market that your property will be rented’?

Well, here’s your answer. This confident.

Available from November 8 (less than a month from now), this Dolphin’s Barn property is currently under such extensive extension and renovation that it certainly can not be deemed a house yet – yet is still going for €750 a month in an advert on popular renting site Daft.ie.

As you can see, the house is entirely unfit to house anyone who requires furniture, floors, or, I don’t know, shelter from the rain.

While we understand that the property is set to be ready at some point in the future, we believe that showcasing a building site and asking people to potentially pay a decent portion of their wages to live there when it’s not at all ready and when there is a housing crisis is unfair, unjust and just entirely greedy.
