They describe their new look as ‘chic, contemporary New York brasserie-style meets the old-world elegance of restaurants such as Brasserie Lipp, Paris’.

And as for the food – You should expect the same steady commitment to service and food; with a brand new vegetarian and vegan menu on offer.

Executive chef Neil Mulholland feels especially passionate about the new vegetarian movement – and, according to the Peploe’s crew, there are even more plans to further develop this part of the restaurant. Full menu here.

They also now have a full license to serve alcohol, so there’s a brand new cocktail menu for all to enjoy, imbibe and embrace.

Last but not least, the book of Jammet from the legendary Dublin restaurant of the same name is on public view for the fist time in 30 years; it includes the autographs of John Lennon, Grace Kelly and Liz Taylor, to name but a few.

You’d be mad to miss out on this one.

Peploe’s is located at 16 Saint Stephens Green, Dublin 2.
