The Luas strike tomorrow has been called off, it was confirmed this afternoon.
Details are emerging from the WRC, where talks between officials from Transdev and Siptu were taking place, and it appears that the move is a ‘gesture of goodwill’ from drivers towards the public.
So while it will come as a massive relief to Dubliners – and tourists – ahead of one of the busiest days of the year, this is by no means the end of the ordeal.
