The biggest day of the Irish television calendar year is slowing coming upon us and no matter what age you are, you’ll be watching it.

But if you fancy watching it while doing some good for charity, then this is the pub to go to.

The Back Page in Phibsboro are hosting a ‘Bring The Toys’ For Temple Street Children’s Hospital.

On their website, they say that:

“Bring A Toy – which we donate to Temple Street Children’s Hospital. You can drop in a toy and put it under our Christmas Tree on Friday November 30th. We’ll also have a donation box in the bar from the week of. All donations will go to Temple St too.

“We’ll have music and entertainment on the night, the Late Late Toy Show will be on and we’ll have mulled wine, cider, classic video gaming, raffles & a quiz on too.

“Please note: Avoid furry or cuddly toys. Games, books, etc, and all other toys are good. The gift shouldn’t be wrapped and can be for girls or boys.”

You can find more information about the toy appeal here.
