It has become a standard Friday night ritual to try and decide between The Late Late Show and The Graham Norton Show.

So read this to help you decide. Put your feet up, sit back and enjoy some quality TV tonight.

The Graham Norton Show

Graham will be joined by hilarious actor Chris O’Dowd! We are right to be excited because the last time Chris was on the show, he cracked everyone up.

He even inspired the best Red Chair story we have ever heard…

Joining Chris on the couch will also be One Direction’s Niall Horan, who will most likely be discussing his solo career, and Hollywood actors Jeremy Renner and Amy Adams, who are in London to promote their latest movie Arrival.

The Late Late Show

Ryan will be joined by controversial Waterford TD John Halligan, who will no doubt be talking all about the recent budget.

Dave Myers and Si King, aka The Hairy Bikers, will be discussing their travels, recipes and new cook book!

Also the older people among us might remember Kathleen Watkins, the first face ever seen on Irish television! She'll be talking about her new book and her life with husband, Gay Byrne.

Comic relief will be provided by Oliver Callan, a comedian and impressionist, who will be giving us a hell of a laugh, and music will be provided by Dublin's The Riptide Movement and Donna Taggart.
