A Dublin man has described the panicked scenes resulting from an explosion in London this morning which is suspected to be terror-related.

Rory Rigney has been speaking to The Guardian about what happened aboard an underground train at Parsons Green in the west of the English capital. It is thought that at least 22 people have been injured in the blast which happened when a Lidl bag burst into flames.

Rory said that when the explosion happened, everyone tried to escape the train which led to a crush at the door.

Scenes of panic and confusion followed. You can check out Rory's account below.
