A woman in her 30’s was forced to jump from her top-floor bedroom window after a blaze broke out in her West Dublin home.
Just after 10pm last night the fire broke out at the residence in Cushlawn Park, Tallaght, and four Dublin Fire Brigade units and a senior fire officer were called to the scene.
As reported by the Irish Independent, two ambulances arrived six minutes after the call and the woman was taken to Tallaght Hospital where she is being treated for smoke inhalation and injuries she sustained from her fall – the extent of which is not yet known.
Dublin Fire Brigade ended the fire just before 1am.
