A woman is in a critical condition this evening after being struck by a car in Terenure.
It’s believed that the collision took place shortly before 3pm and the pedestrian was taken to Tallaght Hospital, where she is said to be fighting for her life.
The Templeville Road was closed in both directions following the incident and traffic is said to be still busy in the area.
