If the Irish Rail strike goes ahead tomorrow as planned, you can bag yourself half price taxis commuting to work.
MyTaxi is offering 50% off taxi fares from 5am - 7am tomorrow morning if you pay your fare by card if the train strike goes ahead.
Anyone who travels by rail will have a more difficult commute to work tomorrow with no trains running as part of worker's dispute regarding pay.
It is said that up to 155,000 people will be affected by the strike.
Traffic is bound to be a bit more hectic in the city with more cars on the road, so it would be best to make sure you allow some extra time commuting to and from work.
There is no sign of any intervention so both management and unions now say the stoppage is "inevitable".
If it goes ahead as planned, to avail of the MyTaxi offer you just have to hail a taxi, travel between 5am - 7am and pay your fare by card.
Will the proposed strike effect your travels?
