PICS: 136 New Office Buildings Are Planned For Dublin – Take A Look
The city is going to see some big changes over the next five years
Plans are in place for 136 new office buildings to be erected in Dublin over the next five years, according to a new report from Savills Ireland.
While it's likely that not all these projects will come to fruition, the real estate advisory firm are confident that if even half of that number are developed, which is likely, then Dublin will have the facilities necessary to reap the benefits of Brexit.
Most of this construction will take place in Dublin’s central business district of Dublin 1, 2 and 4, with just 18% of this development made up of refurbishments and extensions.
Take a look at a few of the buildings we can expect to pop up.
If all 136 planned buildings were to go ahead there would be enough room to accommodate 100,000 office employees.
