Molloy’s is a bit of a Talbot Street institution and it’s about to get a whole new look — or rather, an old one.
The pub is just a hop, skip and a jump away from Connolly Station, popular with tourists and locals alike. It’s currently closed as the final touches are being made to the spot’s new look.
Dating all the way back to 1866, the aim of the refurbishment is restoring the establishment to its “original splendour”.
And, from the look of their constant social updates, things are coming along nicely…
There’s no word yet on the pub’s reopening date, but they’ve stated its “almost there”.
More on Molloy’s as we have it.
