Ingredients
- 1 Old El Paso Restaurant Baja fish soft taco dinner kit
- 125g mayonnaise
- 650g prepared uncooked scampi (prawns) fresh or defrosted if frozen
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Chopped fresh coriander
- Fresh lime wedges
I’m a better baker than I am a cook and have been known on more than one occasion to serve a cake for dinner! That is why I love these EL PASO RESTAURANTE Dinner Kits. They’re quick & easy and very tasty. I have tried them all out on the kids put we particularly love the fish one. I’ve tried cod & scampi (prawns) in the Baja Tacos and the scampi won hands down. A huge hit with the kids.
Instructions
Step 1
Coat the prepared scampi(prawns) in the Baja Crusted Fish Seasoning as directed on box
Step 2
Pan fry the scampi in a little oil until cooked through.
Step 3
Make up the Baja Soured Cream as directed on Pack.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas up.
Step 5
Put scampi, iceberg lettuce, and Baja mayonnaise in each warm tortilla , add some finely chopped coriander and a squeeze of fresh lime
A spoonful GUACAMOLE finishes things off nicely (but this is optional.)
