Blueberry, Banana, Spinach And Berocca Monday Morning Boost

Ingredients
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Berocca Tablet (Or similar vitamin C)
  • Packet of Blueberries
  • Small tub of plain Yoghurt
  • Orange Juice

You know that feeling when your nose starts sniffling or you feel your glands coming up and you are like "for fuck's sake I can't believe I am about to get sick again!". Or when you wake up on a Sunday morning after a couple of days drinking and you already know that Monday morning is going to be a whole world of pain. When the body starts aching or feels like it is about to give up then you need one of these bad boys. This is the boost that will help you kick back to life. Nothing but goodness and despite all the healthy ingredients it actually tastes absolutely amazing. Really hard to believe given it's rotten looking colour but this really is a smoothie to die for.

Instructions

Step 1

Ok this is really fucking simple....put all the dry ingredients in a blender first.

Step 2

Add all the wet ingredients in next. You can always thin it out with more juice later so be cautious on the juice side of things. Better too thick than too thin. Blitz the shit out of it for about 2 minutes and it should be silky smooth.

Thats it! Serve it up and be amazed and just how sweet and delicious it tastes.

The beauty of this is that it has more or less all your 5 a day that you need to take and a ton of vitamin C. Have this in time and your cold or hangover will be kicked to touch.
