Sexy Eggs - The Healthy Weekend Recipe For Her

  • Bag of spinach
  • Asparagus
  • Parmsean cheese (or any cheese really)
  • 3 eggs
  • Half an onion
  • Bit of smoked salmon
  • Few chives

Its been a fucking tough few days. After partying in the USA and some rotten jetlag I woke on Saturday morning craving some good stuff in my body. After turning in to a porker by destroying the breakfast buffet in every USA hotel it's time to introduce you to your go to healthy recipe for the weekends. It's called sexy eggs because it's the complete opposite of my normal full fry up. Cook this for the missus and she'll love you. Trying to get a missus? Cook it for her and she might just stay around for the day. Once again 7 simple ingredients and it'll actually be ready in less than 20 minutes. Step 1

Bag of spinach Asparagus Parmsean cheese (or any cheese really) 3 eggs Half an onion Bit of smoked salmon Few chives


Step 2

Do the same with the chives. The smaller they get the nicer they look.

Step 3

Chop the nice tips off the asparagus and then chop the stalk bits in to small pieces.


Step 4

Rip up the salmon with your hands in to nice little shreds or whatever you want to fucking call them.


Step 5

That was a shit load of chef type work but good news is you are now done. Cooking time.


Step 6

Fry the asparagus pieces and onions really slowly for about 2 minutes. There is a fancy term for this but you really don't need to know it.


Step 7

Add in the spears and cook for about another minute. Chill the fuck out here if you have a big heat on. Slowly slowly


Step 8

Add in a handful of spinach. This cooks really fucking fast. About 20 seconds. Keep it all moving in the pan.


Step 9

Pour in your eggs all at the same time and get ready to stir it. Use a spatula or wooden spoon and keep it moving at all times.


Step 10

You can take it off the heat at this stage but keep stirring. Nothing worse than dry sawdust type eggs so don't fucking overcook it.


Step 11

Add n the smoked salmon and defo have the heat off at this stage. This is all just finishing touches. Smoked salmon that has been cooked for ages tastes like ass.


Step 12

Whack in the grated cheese a bit of salt and the chives and give it one last stir. Fucking bingo!! Who easy was that!


Step 13

You wouldn't be eating this every week because nothing beats a fry up but this is something that women are going to love. Thats probably a sexist thing to be saying but the fact is this is more of a dainty dish. It's one of those ones that you can lash in to you though, it tastes amazing and is packed ful of shit that is good for you!!
