We wanted to create a burger that was healthier than a regular beef burger but with all that delicious taste you'd expect.

This gorgeous recipe only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish and with the avocado, melted cheese and the spicy yet sweet taste of the Ballymaloe Pepper Jalapeno Relish, it is seriously tasty.

Grab some of the ingredients and give it a whirl. You'll love it...

Step 1

Make sure you buy a super fresh avocado that is ready to eat when shopping. That's the key, along with some fine crusty bread.
