This Affogato Coffee Recipe Is The Perfect Treat This Christmas

Just when you think coffee can’t possibly get any better, think again.

This creamy and indulgent affogato will turn any coffee break into a real treat. Christmas guests will be super impressed, and it’s quick and easy for you to make – win win!

Instructions

Step 1

Put two scoops of soft vanilla ice-cream into the bottom of a glass.

Step 2

Gently pour over freshly brewed coffee, making sure to cover all of the ice-cream.

Step 3

Sprinkle over a handful of crushed biscotti pieces, and finish off with the chocolate shavings on top.

Step 4

Serve immediately, mixing the coffee into the ice-cream as you drink, and enjoy!
