This Is The Stuffing Recipe You Will Follow For The Rest Of Your Life


  • Glug of olive oil
  • 1 onion diced finely
  • 1 sprig of sage
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 200g of butter
  • 200g of wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • A handful of toasted pine nuts
  • A handful of dried cranberries chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt

We all have our own ideas of what makes the very best Christmas stuffing.

But now we finally have a stuffing recipe that can unite us all.

And isn’t that what Christmas is really about?


Step 1

In a large pan sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat until soft. Chop the herbs and then add them to the pan, along with the butter. Allow the butter to melt and stir in the breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Add the pine nuts, cranberries and sea salt. Stir through off the heat.

Step 3

Top tip alert: Place the stuffing into the oven in a casserole tray to crisp for 8-10 minutes before serving.
