  • 120ml almond milk
  • 220g of sugar
  • ½ orange, zested and juiced
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • ½ lime, zested
  • ¼ vanilla bean, sliced and pods scraped out.

  • 360g of double cream, whipped into soft peaks
  • 190g Glenisk Greek High Protein Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 100g mixed chopped nuts

If you have a sweet tooth (or even if you don't), you have to try this gorgeously scrummy yogurt panna cotta recipe.

Created by the wonderfully talented people at Tang, this would be the perfect thing to finish off dinner at home or to seriously impress your friends if you throw a dinner party!

This recipe is simple to make and incredibly easy to follow. Make it beforehand and have it chilling in the fridge, so you can put your feet up and relax.

Step 1

In a saucepan, mix together the almond milk, sugar, orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice and vanilla bean.

Step 2

Put your saucepan on the heat. Bring your mixture to the boil and then strain.

Step 3

Return your mixture to the heat, and add the agar. On a low heat, stir the mixture slowly until the agar has dissolved.

Step 4

Once the agar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and pour into a mixing bowl. Add the yogurt and stir.

Step 5

Fold in the whipped double cream.

Step 6

Pour the mixture into ramekins and allow to set in the fridge for two hours.

Step 7

Remove your gorgeously wobbly creation from the ramekins. Top with the zest of a lime and chopped nuts.

Serve up and enjoy a spoonful of dessert heaven!
