Watch These Canadians Attempt To Pronounce Irish Names

The pronunciation of Irish names isn’t exactly a cakewalk for our anglophone friends around the world, as you can see in the above video.

Uploaded by the St. Patrick’s Parade Society Of Toronto, a camera crew hit the streets of the Canadian city to ask locals how to pronounce a list of Irish names. 

And they failed as spectacularly as you might have imagined.

If only our international amigos paid more attention to Saoirse Ronan’s instructions…
