A casual fine-dining spot that specialises in small plates, the menu is modern Irish in taste with an emphasis on small scale producers. Established in 2017 by the team behind Bastible owners Barry Fitzgerald and Claremarie Thomas. Heading up the kitchen is James Dobson formerly of Potager, Café en Seine and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London.
Their fermented potato flatbread and cultured butter is a firm favourite on the set six-course tasting menu.
