Opened in 2014 by co-owners Paul McVeigh and Jamie O'Toole (of Mister S) creating the burgers at Featherblade was a labour of love. The recipe for the burger took over a year to create and ended with a combination of smoked brisket, aged striploin and beef suet.
Featherblade is one of the quiet giants of the burger scene, beating out a ferocious trade from their Dawson Street spot.
