If you’re a Staple Foods fanatic like a lot of us, you’ve noticed they’re missing one thing: dinner. Sadly if you can’t make it over to devour their incredibly colourful and nutritious dishes during the day, you’re just outta luck come dinnertime.

So this pop-up dinner, sounds like quite the occasion.

Not only is it a four course dinner, but it’s also BYOB – all for €25.

While it is a primarily plant-based dinner, there will be a meat option available for the main course – suitable for veggie and meat-eating friends, alike.

You’ll be treated to crispy parsnip nachos with creamy nut based cheeses, nutriRous kimchi mains and moreish chocolate sundaes to top it off – all minus the dairy.

In collaboration with Nobó, delicious dairy-free frozen treats will be served on the night as well. They’ll incorporate their creamy, avocado and coconut milk ice cream into an unreal dessert.

So yum, and so deceivingly healthy.
