One of our favourite things about festivals has to be the grub. You basically have free reign to eat your way through the day, under the guise of 'trying out food stalls'.
BeatYard, taking place in Dun Laoghaire next weekend, will have a very special EatYard dedicated to food, glorious food.
So here are some of our favourite picks, we're getting hungry just looking at the photos!
1. Box Burger
These boyos do a mean burger with just about every combination under the sun on offer - including an insane Mac and Cheese burger.
Come hungry, leave stuffed.
2. Strong Roots
Strong Roots have decided to bring their grub to festivals across Ireland this summer, with a brand new food truck.
They'll be serving sweet potato fries with plenty of different toppings like guacamole, Cool Beans, garlic mayo and chocolate sauce at BeatYard.
3. The Big Blue Bus
It wouldn't be a Bodytonic event without the delicious pizza from The Big Blue Bus. Whether you've come across it at other festivals, or you're just really fond of their pizza and pint deal at The Bernard Shaw, you'll know that this pizza is a good time.
Get the Dalai Lama or GTFO.
4. Dublin Doughnut Company
At the Dublin Doughnut Co. stall you will find some of the most amazing doughnut flavours you'll ever come across.
Don't believe us? Previous flavours have included Reece's peanut butter, strawberry cheesecake, 99 (yes - AN ICE CREAM-THEMED DOUGHNUT!), chocolate malt and creme brûlée, key lime, peanut butter and jelly, tiramisu, Snickers, we could go on...
5. Lala Poutine
Obsess with poutine, or just dying to try it? Your life will never be the same again...
Sure what else could you want but chips, gravy and fresh cheese? Lala Poutine are pros.
6. 3fe
One of Dublin's best coffee purveyors doing a service to the city by attending and making amazing flat whites for hungover festival folk.
7. The Vegan Kitchen
Healthy, wholesome food to keep your body fuelled for all the dancing you're going to be doing!
8. Arctic Stone Ice Cream
Ireland's first ever hand-rolled ice cream company, Arctic Stone, really know how to do treats.
You get rolls and rolls of freshly made ice cream, rolled at -30 degrees, topped with a whole range of delish toppings. Absolutely amazing.
9. The Crêpe Box
No matter whether you're in the mood for sweet or savoury, you'll get a deadly feed from these guys.
They even do a brunch crêpe filled with organic egg, smoked rashers, melted cheddar and tomato relish. Get in!
10. Curious Monkey Coffee Co.
This cute coffee spot in Dun Laoghaire will be setting up shop at BeatYard, with specialty coffee, some mean flat whites, and chilled cold brews on offer.
