We’re already back for the second time this year to host another unreal Dublin first-time buyer event. After we saw a massive turnout at our last one, we thought, “Ah here, we have to do that again.”
On Thursday, March 5, we will again be hitting up CHQ on Custom House Quay for another super insightful first-time buyer summit.
From 6.30pm, expect some bites, drinks and a panel discussion featuring mortgage and property experts.
You’ll also be able to get expert info from mortgage advisors before and after the panel talk in the swanky Mortgage Lounge. They’ll sit down with you and go through any queries you have.
The panel will have some faces that you’ll definitely be fairly familiar with.
Patricia Power – Quantity Surveyor
You’ll probably know Patricia from appearing on RTÉ’s Room To Improve with famed architect Dermott Bannon. She is known as one of the top quantity surveyors in the country.
She’ll give you her honest insights into the home-buying process. Make sure to have your complimentary pens and notepads at the ready, because you’re going to want to remember what she has to say.
Richard Murray – Solicitor
Hiring a solicitor is one of the most important steps to take when looking to get onto the property ladder.
That’s where Richard’s insight comes in. He’ll be there to discuss all of the legal aspects of the home-buying process.
Buying a house is a massive life move, so it’s important that you equip yourself with such advice and information.
Orla Gleeson – Head of Homes, AIB Dublin North and West
Orla will also return to the panel discussion. She will be able to tell you everything you need to know about applying for a mortgage with AIB.
Owen Reilly – Estate Agent
Being one of the most well-known estate agents in the city, you’ll be delighted to hear that Owen Reilly will return to our second Dublin first-time buyer event.
He started his own agency in 2008 and has been providing a superior service based on trust, transparency and innovation ever since.
Plus, RTÉ presenter and fashion designer Brendan Courtney will act as MC for this Dublin first-time buyer event.
So, if you missed out on our last Dublin first-time buyer event in January, then make sure you sign up to this one. Be quick, as we reached capacity super quick the last time.
There will be spot prizes on the night, so you might even walk away with one of these as well as super useful mortgage advice.
While you’re here, make sure to check out our AIB Livin Dublin hub, which houses all of the relevant information, advice and Dublin area guides for first-time buyers.
