After the massive success of our previous AIB Livin Dublin events, we are delighted to announce that your next opportunity to get your foot on the property ladder is just around the corner. Once again, we’ve teamed up with AIB to bring you the AIB Livin Dublin Summit – an evening to give you all the info to help you buy your first home. The event will take place at the CHQ Building on Thursday April 11 and will feature a panel of expert speakers from areas such as architecture, estate agents, quantity surveying and construction. As well as that, AIB will have mortgage advisors on hand to offer one-to-one consultations. Basically, the answers to all of your questions will be found under one roof, which makes the process of buying your first home that bit easier, don’t you think? Here’s what you can expect.  During this one-stop-shop event, you’ll be expertly guided through the process of buying a home, receiving insider tips from those in the know. Everything you need to get started, all in one place! The speakers will include architect and RTÉ Home Of The Year judge Declan O’Donnell (above), as well as experts from the areas of quantity surveying, mortgages and estate agents. Of course, the AIB’s expert homes team will be on hand to provide you with that all-important mortgage quote and set you on your way to purchasing your brand new home. After all your research, there’s nothing like having that initial conversation to make you feel like you’re ready to get started!   Bringing it all together on the night will be RTÉ’s Kathryn Thomas who will be adding her unique presenting style to proceedings. And that’s not all. There will delicious food and drink on the night and even some giveaways so you’ll certainly be well looked after!
