If you've been following our AIB Livin Dublin series, you'll know that since 2018, we have been helping first-time buyers in all kinds of ways.
From hosting informative summits and brunch event to helping you explore your options when buying a property in and around Dublin, we have set out to help people who are trying to get onto that property ladder.
After a series of what you could call very successful events, we are back. And this time, we are exploring areas beyond the borders of Dublin. Greystones, anyone?
What's so great about Greystones is that it's just under an hour's drive to Dublin (or an hour on the train), but it feels like a bustling centre of its own.
And if you're looking into perhaps owning property in this gorgeous area of Wicklow, then you're not going to want to miss this informative and insightful event.
On Saturday, November 16, we'll be hosting another brunch event, this time in Buoys Kitchen, Church Rd, Killincarrig, Greystones, Co. Wicklow between 10 am and 2pm.
The event will see guests get the opportunity to speak with mortgage advisors, and here from a p[anel of experts.
Who makes up that panel of experts?
Well, first up, there's David Winston, a well-established architect who will gove his two cents on all things property and architecture.
The panel will also feature interior designer Ruth Kelly and construction expert Joe Clancy, who will both also have some extremely valuable insight into topics you should know about when buying a home.
