Ingredients
- 1 pack Henry Denny Meat Masters Rustic Rotisserie Chicken
- 75g finely shredded cabbage
- 30g finely shredded carrot
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger root
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed chillies
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon water
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 2 dessertspoons vegetable oil
- 2 litres of vegetable oil for frying
- 1 jar Hoisin sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Chop up the cabbage, carrot and spring onion finely
Step 2
Chop the ginger, chilli and coriander
Step 3
Slice up the Henry Denny Meat Masters Rustic Rotisserie Chicken
Step 4
Place the above ingredients into a large bowl
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce
Step 6
Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetable and chicken mix
Step 7
Heat a large saucepan over a high heat. When hot, add in 2 litres of the cooking oil
Step 8
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. This is your slurry. Open the spring roll wrapper package, take out 8 sheets and cut them in half
Step 9
Add 1 tablespoon of filling to each spring roll and then secure with cornstarch slurry and roll up
Step 10
Carefully place spring rolls, a few at a time, to the soil and fry until golden for about 3 minutes
Step 11
Let cool on rack. Repeat with remaining
Step 12
Serve with Hoisin sauce
