Christmas Cocktails: Christmas Club Carnival

You’ve spent the whole year being sensible (we presume), it’s about time you let your hair down a little bit… and we have just the thing to help you relax.

Introducing the Christmas Club Carnival, the latest in our series of festive cocktails that we’ve designed to make your December a bit more enjoyable.

Ingredients

• 40ml rum
• 20ml lime juice
• 10ml honey syrup
• 25ml IPA
• Club Ginger Ale

Recipe

1. Add 10ml of honey syrup to a mixer glass filled with ice.
2. Squeeze in 20ml of lime juice.
3. Pour in 25ml of IPA.
4. Add in 40ml of rum to the mix and stir vigorously. 
5. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer the concoction to a serving glass filled with fresh ice. 
6. Pour Club Ginger into the mix, add a wedge of lime and you’re ready to enjoy!
