This First Time Buyers Brunch Will Give You All The Info You Need To Get Onto The Property Ladder

Brian Dillon

Are you dreaming about owning your own home? Being a first-time buyer can often be an intimidating experience. It’s hard to know where to start and it seems like a massive undertaking. Let us make it a little easier on you.

Since 2018, our AIB Livin Dublin events have been giving Dubliners useful tips on buying their first home and letting them know what areas they should consider looking at.

Well, we’re back with another brunch event, and this time we’re looking at Blackrock.

If you have been trying to get on the property ladder, or you’re just thinking about buying your first home, this event will offer some invaluable advice for first-time buyers and genuinely useful info from a panel of experts.

On Saturday, May 25, we will once again team up with the guys from AIB to give you a chance to learn all about what to do when trying to get on the property ladder, as well as which areas you should consider looking at. This time around, it’ll be taking place in the Old Punchbowl in Blackrock from 10am to 12pm.

What can you expect at this brunch?

As always, we will have a panel of experts who will have lots of useful information for anyone wanting to or considering getting on the property ladder, no matter what stage you are at.

And while you learn all of the important info about buying your first property, you will also be treated to a delicious brunch.

Renowned architect David Winston will return to give you his expert insight. The brunch will also see interior designer Ruth Kennelly and construction expert Joe Clancy provide first time buyers with the information you should know when buying your first home.

And if you have any questions specific to your house-hunt, there will be AIB mortgage advisors on site to give you all the info you need. If you want to gain all of the valuable insight into house hunting while enjoying a fab brunch, I’d sign up ASAP, as there are only 45 spaces available.
