The Perfect Place To Keep Cosy In Dublin

Zoe

Christmas may be over, but we can still feel a little festive buzz in the air.

Sophie’s at The Dean joined forces with Roe & Co Irish Whiskey to open their new Roe & Cosy Terrace for the ultimate winter warmer experience.

Leave the cold weather at the door and step into this warm wonderland in the city centre, complete with cocktails, a roaring fire, blankets and twinkling lights – perfection!

Great for any occasion, why not settle in for the night and enjoy the sweeping views of the city whilst sipping away on cocktails and catching up with friends.

The Roe & Cosy Terrace

With a cocktail menu full of winter-inspired drinks that will warm your cockles, enjoy a “Roe & Cosy” made with Roe & Co Irish Whiskey infused with Earl Grey tea, cinnamon, Star Anise and cloves, treat yourself to an indulgent “Zacapa Hot Chocolate” with orange bitters or simply sip on the perfect Baileys Irish Coffee topped with fresh whipped vanilla cream. YAASSS!!!

Not only that, they are also offering a DELISH food pairing menu that’s packed full of sweet and savoury options from wood fire pizzas to Toasted S’mores with brownie bites or – our personal fave Belgain Waffles topped with Roe & Co whiskey chocolate sauce… LADS! What more could you want?!
