Here’s The Enticing Tasting Menu Killian Crowley Has Developed For House Of Peroni This Year

Lovin' Media

Recently, it was announced that one of the most hotly-anticipated food and drink events of the year will be returning to Dublin this year, and we are buzzing.

Yes, the House Of Peroni will be back to take up residence in the Royal Hibernian Academy at Ely Place, Dublin 2 as part of a global House Of Peroni Series, which also sees events taking place in Barcelona, Paris, Stockholm, Santiago and Johannesburg.

This year, House Of Peroni will be in Dublin from Thursday, August 22 until Sunday, September 1 and will see the Royal Hibernian Academy be transformed into a super stylish Peroni-inspired venue.

And one of the things we are really excited about is the amazing food that is going to be served. This year, chef de partie at Galway Michelin star restaurant Aniar, Killian Crowley, has put together a dazzling tasting menu inspired by the simplicity and variety of Puglianese food. He’ll use Irish produce to create some amazingly authentic Puglianese dishes that are sure to taste divine.

Killian is a seriously talented chef, having started his culinary training in Belgium when he was just 15. He has since worked in a number of Michelin star restaurants around Europe.

Killian has put together two incredible set menus, each consisting of six delicious courses.

The first menu will feature cured meat, followed by zucchini and mint, tomato and chorizo, Orecchiette al ragu, monkfish and lemon, and finally, gelato.

Meanwhile, the second menu will feature mozzarella, followed by zucchini and mint, aubergine and basil, Orecchiette crudaiola, fennel and yoghurt, finishing off with gelato.

Killian has also developed three unique gelato flavours exclusively for House of Peroni – preserved lemon, olive oil and even a Peroni gelato.

House of Peroni will also see designer Róisín Lafferty make the venue look stunningly stylish, taking inspiration from typical Puglian aesthetics.

Plus, Algorithm will create an immersive audio-visual experience inspired by Kev Freeney’s time in Puglia as well as the true Italian style of Peroni.

Tickets for this premium dining experience are limited, so you can get yours here.

House Of Peroni is strictly over 18s.
