The House Of Peroni Returns To Dublin Next Month — Here’s The Suss

Mark it in the calendar – one of Dublin’s best-loved food and drink events is coming back to the city next month.

From Thursday July 5 to Sunday July 15, The House of Peroni will bring all the passion and creativity of Italy to our fair city in a brand new location at 130-133 St. Stephen’s Green, just off Grafton St.

The House of Peroni Residency will bring a contemporary taste of Italy and effortless style to Dublin. This year’s residency celebrates up and coming craftsmanship and creativity across food, drink and fashion. Complete with bar, kitchen and – very exciting for style hounds – a fashion studio.

Guests will enjoy menu of authentic Italian dishes with a modern twist, curated by chef Grainne O’Keefe, head chef at Clanbrassil House, and Hugh Higgins, previously Head Chef in Luna, using Irish food producers who embody the Italian ethos in their creations – including Toons Bridge Dairy, a cheesemaker based in the Artisan food region of West Cork, and Gubeen Smokehouse. As always, the drinks menu will feature the classic Peroni Castro Azzurro serves including Peroni Ambra and Peroni Gluten Free, and specially created infusions for this year’s event.

As well as a new and exciting fashion element, The Fashion Studio, working in partnership with The House of Peroni in London, and some leading names in the world’s fashion industry. The Fashion Studio will give emerging designers a platform to succeed in the fashion industry, with free London studio space and mentorship from industry leaders such as Designer Jonathan Saunders.

There’s no admission fee or booking required, so as long as you’re over 18 you can pop along at any stage during the two-week residency for an evening with a difference. If you haven’t visited House of Peroni yet, you might want to take note of it in the diary — and if you have, we’re pretty sure you don’t need to be told.
