A mixture of prosecco, Aperol and soda, this delectable drink is perfect for guys and gals who enjoy cocktails with bitter flavours and low alcohol level.

If you haven’t heard of it yet, you’re missing out. It’s the number one spirit in Italy and it’s soaring in popularity in London and Paris, where it’s easily spotted in a bustling bar by its distinctive bright orange colour.

The Italian-inspired drink is made of three parts prosecco (75ml), two parts Aperol (50ml), one part soda (25ml). It’s quick and easy to make and it always goes down easy.
