Has your fast-paced lifestyle left you feeling overwhelmingly stressed? Then you need more mindfulness in your life — which is exactly what you’ll find at Thrive.
For the fifth year running, Groove Festival is returning to Killruddery House & Gardens in Bray on Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20 for a celebration of music, food and the Irish summer.
Not only that, but they also want to help improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
Thrive, Where Retreat Meets Music is an all new area has been added to this year’s celebration, where you’ll find over 35 activities that are all geared towards promoting wellness.
Start your day with a vibrant dance class at Morning Gloryville, stretch yourself happy with Platinum Pilates or achieve a zen state of mind with Kundalini Yoga.
Head on over to the Thrive Talks Stage to see wellness and health experts doing healthy cooking demonstrations from the Appliances Delivered live on-stage kitchen, panel discussions, wellness workshops, and informative Q&A sessions featuring the likes of Andrea Hayes, Chris Flack, Emma Buckley and Roz Purcell.
In an effort to combat the rise of obesity in Ireland — which is expected to impact 40% of men and 37% of women in the country by 2020 — Thrive’s Wellness Marketplace will showcase the very best brands and practitioners from Ireland’s health food and wellness industry.
An adult day ticket for Groove Festival is €59.50 (plus a booking fee of €4.50) and an adult weekend ticket is €99.50 (plus a booking fee of €6.50), which includes full access to Thrive, Eat Street and the full music line-up of over 25 acts like Primal Scream, Hudson Taylor and Spring Break.
Groove Festival and Thrive will take place in Killruddery House & Gardens in Bray on Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20.
