Ten Of The Best Things To Do In The City This Week That Won’t Cost You The Earth

admin

There’s nothing worse than feeling like you can’t have fun in Dublin when you’re on a budget or trying to save for the ‘bigger picture’ things like a first home.

Luckily, you never have to feel like that because there are plenty of things to do in Dublin that are completely free.

We’ve teamed up with AIB to tell you about a handy list of things to do and see that will cost you absolutely nothing.

(Psst! With the home buying calculator you can add up all you need to save for your new home including additional costs. This calculator also helps you estimate how much you need to save each month to get to your target within your timeframe. Monitor your savings’ success with this handy savings calculator from AIB!)

1. Prix Pictet Exhibition – Space

When: 15th November 2018 – 5th January 2019

Where: Meeting House Square, Temple Bar

The exhibition features work from artists who have been shortlisted for the Prix Pictet’s seventh cycle.

This cycle’s theme is space so the exhibition will showcase how the photographers use the power of their art form to shed light on issues like sustainability.

2. Hike Ticknock Hill before Sunrise

Greet the morning from atop Ticknock Hill in the Dublin Mountains. It may be hard getting up in the darkness, but watching the sun rise above the clouds and early morning winter mist is definitely something to experience.

3. Garden Of Remembrance

This memorial garden is dedicated to “all those who gave their lives for Irish freedom.”

It’s a perfect spot for a bit of quiet reflection.

4. Jazz Sessions @ International Bar

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 pm.

Are you a jazz lover or just looking for something different? Then head to the small downstairs bar for an intimate gig by some of the best jazz musicians in the country.

Evolution. It’s a must. I feel that you cannot just post the same content and expect to grow without evolving and moving forward. I also know that to grow you need to offer your followers value and some form of consistency. This is where you need to find a balance. My plan, as always, is to continue to grow and evolve with everything that lights that fire inside me. Video is definitely next. This lane has evolved so much of the last few years. From the simple addition of the umbrellas to the revamp and now the cracking wall mural on Sams. The way forward is to evolve with the times and always push to be a better you. Have an epic evening. ????????? ? . . . . . . #rawdublin #dublincity #architecture #instaireland #discoverdublin #lonelyplanet #topirelandphoto #zozimus #twentytwodublin #athomeintheworld #lovedublin #travellingthroughtheworld #canon #samsbardublin #lovindublin #anneslane #umbrella #LifeOfAdventure #living_europe #ExploreToCreate #ArtOfVisuals #AGameOfTones #ModernOutdoors #OurPlanetDaily #instagram #PassionPassport #Dublin #AwesomeEarth #dublinlife
