One of the city’s most anticipated outdoor dining events is back
Summer nights are made for relaxed outdoor dining, tasty food and fresh cocktails, and if you plan on doing exactly that this August, we’ve got just the event for you.
From August 3rd, the Roe & Co Distillery will be playing host to Hakkahan, one of Dublin’s most exciting restaurants, for the final event in the Roe & Co Summer Garden.
The Roe & Co Summer Garden celebrates some of Dublin’s best restaurants, and pairs their cuisine with fresh whiskey cocktails, designed to accentuate the rich flavours, and that continues this August.
Following the success of Crudo and Órale’s residencies at the Roe & Co Summer Garden, this buzzy Chinese restaurant will set up shop on the outdoor patio, serving a four-course meal to diners, while the folks at Roe & Co will be pairing the dining experience with specially curated whiskey cocktails.
Expect tasty, vibrant dishes packed full of flavour from this bespoke dining experience. Spear-headed by owner Ryon Wen and head chef Qiang Liu, Hakkahan works with some of Dublin’s best suppliers to bring the authentic flavours of Sichuan and other regions of China to Irish diners. Hakkahan’s cult following of foodies flock to the Stonybatter restaurant in droves, but in August you can enjoy the best of the menu while relaxing in the outdoor patio of the Roe & Co Distillery.
What’s more, your meal will be punctuated with tasty, bespoke whiskey cocktails that have been created by the talented team in the Roe & Co Distillery. These cocktails have been specially curated to complement the flavours of Hakkahan’s dishes.
