Think You Can Squat ‘Til You Drop? OK – Prove It

We all know someone who is constantly bragging about their prowess in the gym and if you’ve been looking for an opportunity to put them to the test, we’ve found it.

Fit4Less, which has several gyms all over Dublin, has created the iSquat Challenge and is calling on fitness fanatics of all levels to give it a go on Wednesday 6 September.

Using the Wilks Formula, each competitor will be judged on their strength in comparison to other lifters.

The lifter with the most Wilks Points after three successful lifts will be crowned the iSQUAT Challenge Winner.

The contestants will take part in the competition at individual clubs and the winner at each club will receive three months free membership.

They’ll also go forward to the finale on Friday, September 29 for a chance to win the grand prize of a year’s free membership.
